Refund Policy

At Children’s College of Academics, we understand that unexpected changes may affect a family’s ability to continue services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for tuition, registration, and other fees.
💵 General Refund Guidelines

Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they reserve your child’s place in our program.

Uniform purchases are non-refundable once items have been distributed or worn.

Tuition fees are billed weekly or monthly. Refunds or credits will not be provided for:

Absences (including illness or family vacations)

Partial weeks/months not attended

Voluntary withdrawal without sufficient notice (see below)

📅 Withdrawal Notice Policy
If you wish to withdraw your child from our program, we require a written notice at least [insert timeframe, e.g. two weeks] in advance. Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of prepaid tuition for that period.
🏕️ Special Programs (e.g. Summer Camp, Enrichment Classes)

Deposits for special programs are non-refundable unless the program is canceled by the school.

Full refunds may be available for cancellations made [insert # of days, e.g. 14 days] before the program start date.

No refunds will be issued once the program has started, except in the event of a documented medical emergency.
🧾 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
